Consumer Protection BC has issued a compliance order against The Fahrenheit Yoga Studio Ltd. (DBA BYSURREY), a yoga studio based in in Surrey BC, for:
- Failing to provide a refund to consumer within 15 days of statutory contract cancellation, contrary to section 25 (6) )(a)(ii), of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BPCPA)

The business has also been ordered to refund the consumer in the amount of $385.05, and to reimburse Consumer Protection BC partial costs for the inspection in the amount of $500 within 30 days.
By law, the business has 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decision.
