Licence application fees
- New licence: $679
Licence renewal fees
For applications submitted more than two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal
- for 20 or less interment per year: $0
- for 21 to 100 interments per year: $90
- for 101 or more interments per year: $175
For applications submitted within two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal
- for 20 or less interment per year: $63
- for 21 to 100 interments per year: $155
- for 101 or more interments per year: $239
Other fees and charges
- Certificate of Public Interest application: $1,357
- Preliminary approval for conversion of a place of interment: $679
- Late submission of annual preneed sales report: $272
- Change in licensee’s name or licensed location address: $63
- Change in senior officers / shareholder of the licensee: $63
- Fee for transferring ownership/registering a charge against a place of interment: $272
- Submitting a non-sufficient funds (NSF) payment or declined credit card payment: $61
- Application for reconsideration of a decision: $272
