Licence application fees
- New licence: $1,519
Licence renewal fees
For applications submitted more than two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal: $1,398
For applications submitted within two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal: $1,481
Other fees and charges
- Change in licensee’s business name or licensed location address: $75
- Home inspector picture ID card: $50
- Submitting a non-sufficient fund (NSF) payment or declined credit card payment: $50
- Application for reconsideration of a decision: $343
