For applications submitted more than two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Funeral provider licence renewal: $175
- Licence renewal for funeral director, embalmer, or both: $175
For applications submitted within two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Funeral provider licence renewal: $239
- Licence renewal for funeral director, embalmer, or both: $239

- Priority inspection of a new facility before licensing: $323
- Administrative fee under funeral provider’s license: $40*
- Late submission of administrative fee: $272
- Late submission of annual preneed sales report: $272

*Exemptions for administrative fees are:
(i) death registrations where the services are paid for by the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction, a First Nation funded through the Federal Department of CrownâIndigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), a First Nation Administering Authority administering an Income Assistance Program on behalf of Indigenous Services Canada; and
(ii) death registrations in respect of an infant either stillborn or deceased at less than 7 days of age.
