Consumer Protection BC has issued a compliance order against Efficiency Solutions Comfort Services Inc., a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) company, for:
- Refusing or failing to provide information in accordance with an inspection demand made under section 150 of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BPCPA), contrary to section 189(5)(b) of the BPCPA

The business has been ordered to comply with the inspection demand, provide the required documents and to reimburse Consumer Protection BC for partial costs for the inspections in the amount of $1,500 no later than June 17, 2023
By law, the business has 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decision.
