Consumer Protection BC has suspended the licence of a travel agent and wholesaler in Richmond, BC for failing to submit financial statements and not reporting a change in ownership.

The business operates as Aigoout Travel Ltd. and the licence is suspended as of January 22, 2026.

Aigoout Travel is prohibited from booking any further travel until their licence suspension is lifted. Consumer Protection BC has determined the company can fulfill any existing contracts for travel services which were purchased before the licence suspension.

By law, the person or business has 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decision.
