The following were determinative to the classification decision:

- Scene of sexual violence;
- Several sexually suggestive scenes with several depicting nude breasts, buttocks and/or pubic region;
- Approximately 70 instances of coarse and/or sexual language.

Classifiers also noted the following:

- Scene depicting surgery;
- Two scenes of nudity, depicting breasts, in non-sexual contexts;
- Several scenes of drug use involving cocaine and/or pharmaceuticals;
- Several scenes of violence depicting weapons, physical assault and/or injury.
