Licence application fees
- New licence: $777
Licence renewal fees
For applications submitted more than two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal
- for 20 or less interment per year: $0
- for 21 to 100 interments per year: $103
- for 101 or more interments per year: $200
For applications submitted within two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal
- for 20 or less interment per year: $75
- for 21 to 100 interments per year: $178
- for 101 or more interments per year: $275
Other fees and charges
- Certificate of Public Interest application: $1,552
- Approval for conversion or closure of a place of interment: $777
- Approval for exhumation of disinterment: $75
- Approval for the sales/lease/encumbrance for a place of interment: $311
- Approval for additional areas for a place of interment: $75
- Late submission of annual preneed sales report: $311
- Change in licensee’s name or licensed location address: $75
- Change in senior officers / directors of the licensee: $75
- Submitting a non-sufficient funds (NSF) payment or declined credit card payment: $50
- Application for reconsideration of a decision: $311
