In public interest, Consumer Protection BC has cancelled the licence of Vegas Vacations, a travel agency in Richmond, BC. The licence is cancelled as of Friday, January 9, 2026, for having insufficient capital to operate a travel service business.

Advice for consumers

Consumers who booked travel with Vegas Vacations should check their reservations status with their hotel, airline, and any other provider who their travel has been booked and paid for. 

If a traveler cannot confirm their travel, they should visit the Consumer Protection BC website and follow the steps to open a Travel Assurance Fund claim.
