Consumer Protection BC has suspended the licence of a home inspector based in White Rock, BC for:
- Failing to obtain and maintain insurance, contrary to section 7.1 (b) of the Home Inspector Licensing Regulation
The person and business with a suspended licence is:
- Ming Qi, who does business as Tommy Inspection Company
- Licence suspended September 15. 2025

By law, the person or business has 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decision.
