SAANICH, BC – October 9, 2025 – Today, the BC Government announced additional amendments to modernize consumer protection laws in the province. The proposed changes to the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BPCPA) aim to better protect consumers’ credit information and support them when making financial decisions.
