SAANICH, BC – October 31, 2025 – President and Chief Executive Officer Rob Gialloreto will retire from Consumer Protection BC in April 2026.

“It has been such a privilege to work alongside so many dedicated professionals here at Consumer Protection BC,” says Gialloreto. “I’m deeply proud of what we’ve accomplished together over these past 12 years and am confident in the organization’s continued success.”

Gialloreto is committed to working with the Consumer Protection BC Board of Directors to ensure a smooth leadership transition in the coming months.

“Rob’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening Consumer Protection BC’s impact in the province. On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Rob for his thoughtful stewardship,” says Bill Snell, Board Chair for Consumer Protection BC.

Gialloreto’s last day with the organization is Friday, April 3, 2026.
