Licence application fees
- New licence: $1,378
Licence renewal fees
For applications submitted more than two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal: $1,268
For applications submitted within two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal: $1,343
Other fees and charges
- Change in licensee’s name or licensed location address: $75
- Change in senior officers / shareholder of the licensee: $75
- Home inspector ID card: $50
- Submitting a non-sufficient fund (NSF) payment or declined credit card payment: $50
- Application for reconsideration of a decision: $311

Laminated ID cards are provided upon renewal (photo ID cards are available for an extra charge).
