Consumer Protection BC has issued a compliance order against Adam McNaughton AKA Decks4life.com a business based in Kelowna, BC, for:
- Failing to provide the consumer with a copy of the future performance within 15 days of when the contract was entered into with the consumer, contrary to section 23 (3) of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act(BPCPA)
