Quality of services issues

If you feel like the service that you got did not meet the standards of what you were expecting or if you are dissatisfied with a service that you paid for, you may be experiencing a quality of service issue.

We don’t have the authority to help you with quality of service issues.


  • Resolve the issue with the business directly. Stores are responsible for setting their own return and refund policy.
  • You can get a referral to a lawyer, go to (for civil disputes from $5,001-$35,000) or the Civil Resolution Tribunal (for disputes under $5,000).
