What do I do if I have a complaint about a Travel Agency?

If you have a complaint about the services you received from a travel agency, cancellation policies or procedures and can not resolve the situation with the supplier, you may wish to contact the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies. Consumer Protection BC is unable to assist with quality of service complaints.
