In late 2015, we reached out to our Facebook community with a survey to learn more about their experience with Consumer Protection BCâs Facebook page. We wanted to know what content they liked, what they wanted to hear more about – and we were also looking for honest feedback about how we are managing our page. The results? At the time, our Facebook community was 33,186 strong and of those people, 1,578 participated in our survey. First, we determined that the survey respondents mirrored our general Facebook demographics which allowed us feel confident that the survey answers reflected our broader online community. Today, we want to share some highlights of the responses in an infographic.
