{November 3, 2011} VICTORIA, BC – Consumer Protection BC has released its 2010 Annual Report related to the Motion Picture Act.

Since July 1, 2007, Consumer Protection BC and the BC Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General have shared an Administrative Agreement that delegates responsibility for administration of the Motion Picture Act (the MPA) and the Motion Picture Act Regulations (the Regulations) to Consumer Protection BC. This report details the specific accomplishments Consumer Protection BC achieved in 2010 related to its responsibilities under the MPA and the Regulations.  The report includes information on performance objectives, operations, policies, service standards, and legislative issues.
