Submitting a Written Complaint to Us Print E-mail

Please use the Consumer Protection BC Complaint Form to submit a complaint in writing by mail, fax, or email. The complaint form is in PDF format, so you will need to have Acrobat Reader in order to view it.  If you do not have Acrobat Reader, click here to download it for free.

When writing a complaint letter to Consumer Protection BC:

  • Provide all your contact information.
  • Be clear and concise regarding the nature of your complaint.
  • Outline any steps you may have taken to try to resolve the issue.
  • Provide a timeline of what has happened.
  • Attach copies of all relevant documents, such as contracts or correspondence, to the complaint.
  • Clearly state the resolution you would like to obtain.
