The Corporate Services unit is responsible for providing a broad range of services that contribute to the efficient management and administration of the Authority.

The Executive Director of Corporate Services is responsible for developing frameworks and policies for financial and payroll services, human resource services, information technology systems, and administrative services.

The Corporate Services unit is also the key group responsible for developing strategic and business plans, and ensuring the BPCPA is performing according to established performance guidelines.

Mr. Harold Cull is the Executive Director of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
