{April 10, 2006} VICTORIA – The government of British Columbia is reviewing a proposal to transfer responsibility for regulating manufactured home dealers from the Motor Dealer Council to the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Authority.

The Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General has released a discussion paper which includes a questionnaire. The discussion paper can be viewed on the Ministry website at: http://www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/legislation/ .
