{December 24, 2012} VICTORIA Bc - We are pleased to present Consumer Protection BC’s Business Plan covering the period from 2013 to 2015. Like our preceding three year Business Plans, this plan results from an active process involving the Board, the Leadership Team and all staff at Consumer Protection BC.

The 2013-2015 Business Plan outlines the strategic direction of our organization over the next three years. You can view the full business plan as a PDF here.
