The Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association (VISOA) provides information and links to resources for all stratas whether apartment blocks, townhouses, duplex/triplex/quadplex, complexes, condominiums, commercial/residential, or bare land. We are an independent, non-profit organization that was formed in 1973, with the aim to provide information to all stratas on Vancouver Island. Membership is open to all residential strata corporations on that have registered with the B.C. Land Title Office.
