Supreme Court of BC confirms that crematoria provider must comply with Consumer Protection BC compliance order

{December 8, 2015} VICTORIA, BC – The Supreme Court of British Columbia has upheld Consumer Protection BC’s compliance order against Pacific Crematorium Ltd. (Personal Alternative Funeral Services Ltd.) and Lawrence Little, a licensed crematoria provider based in Aldergrove, BC.  Consumer Protection BC’s compliance order requires the company to pay $500 for partial investigation costs and must not hinder, obstruct, or interfere with any inspection carried out by Consumer Protection BC.
