|Compliance & Enforcement|
Consumer Protection BC promotes a fair marketplace in BC through the enforcement of consumer protection legislation as well as through licensing, compliance and consumer awareness activities.
BC consumer protection laws primarily deal with transactions that occur between a business (referred to as a supplier in the legislation) and an individual (consumer). Therefore, Consumer Protection BC is unable to intervene in business-to-business transactions.
