Consumer Protection BC licenses home inspectors operating in British Columbia and is responsible for enforcing the law around this industry.

Buying a home is one of the largest purchases a person can make in their lifetime. In this section of our blog we will share information with you about this industry and our role in it. Sometimes we might talk about topics outside of our mandate but we have some great referrals to provide to consumers.

For detailed information about our role in the home inspection industry please visit the home inspection section of our website.
