Consumer Protection BC is looking for a Finance & Administration Officer to join our team!

A detailed-oriented employee, with ability to exercise judgement to resolve a variety of problems in a time-sensitive manner
What you will be doing:
Reviewing and analyzing expenditures, working towards developing a detailed budget and forecast for the year
Producing financial management reports and spreadsheets to track and monitor budgets, commitments and expenditures
Administering and processing a variety of contracts
Developing, implementing and administering office procedures and policies
Advising and Assisting management in financial and administrative matters
Are you the next member of our team?
We are looking for people who have:
Completed level two of the CGA program or a minimum of two post-secondary financial management courses and two years recent related experience providing a variety of financial and administrative support services
Knowledge and experience in using financial information systems, working with accounts payable and monitoring budgets
Experience in keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheet and other standard computer applications
