An opportunity now exists for a talented and dedicated executive to join CPBC’s senior leadership team as its new Vice President of Strategic Services. The VP, Strategic Services, will lead the Strategic Services team to meet current and prospective client needs. As an active member of Consumer Protection BC’s Leadership Team, the VP maintains focus on the long-term vision and communicates this focus to others acknowledging the business realities that impact the delivery of this vision. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of all Consumer Protection BC operations and services, and will require continually evolving and enhancing strategic services to meet changing needs.
As the ideal candidate, you are a business-oriented and customer-service focused professional, ideally with experience in both the private and public sector, working at a senior level. Experience in strategic business planning, project management, contract management, financial management, and leading multi-party negotiations is a must.
